STUDENTS' OBLIGATION

YOUR DUTIES
Though we have absolute confidence in our abilities and the facilities at our disposal, we in no way encourage laziness in students for, ultimately, it is the student who writes the examination and not our dedicated facilitators whose efforts stop at delivering to you well researched tutorial, and rendering any other services outside the writing of examination for you. In effect, this Clinic requires its clients to:

1.attend lectures regularly,
2.be punctual to classes,
3.study course packages,
4.participate actively in class discussions by making contributions based on their personal experiences.
5.assiduously and promptly deal with assignments
6.read extensively, be current via reading of relevant sections of business journals and newspapers, register with libraries,
7.apply their acquired skills where they work,
8.communicate their study and personal problems to their class facilitators, and the clinic's Counsellor respectively,
9.share experience with course mates by meeting in study groups.
10.Stay off quarrels and make their homes conducive for learning,
11.Participate in the industrial tours which constitute a major part of the programmes that are run here.

Details of fees for the programmers offered by the Clinic are obtainable on this site . Our charges might be a bit higher than what is obtainable with the conventional tutorial houses. Our programmes are designed for the discerning individual who is interested in passing his/her examination in a record time hereby growing fast professional in addition to the enjoyment of job satisfaction and security made possible by competent job performance. To this end, we have made all our programmes responsive to the peculiarities of the different examinations we prepare our clients for. Our ICAN, and CIBN (weekend) Programmes for example can stretch up to nine (9) months while others run for about six months. For those who can afford to undergo a more intensive programme that is of short duraion, we strongly advise that they enroll for our next sandwich programme. This is to ensure that we have ample time to make you well grounded in the course that you study here before you are exposed to examinations on them. This way, our clients become concerned with whether they will make A or B grade in their papers, and not with whether or not they will pass. When a product of this Clinic discusses his/ her discipline, he/she goes about the discussion masterfully and with a lot of confidence. With his, they (our products) are able to do better than their competitors in job / promotion interviews and tests apart from making a positive difference wherever they work and are given the opportunity to apply their learning to the solution of real problems. We do not believe in half measures. You are in this way enabled to project realistically into the future and know when to pick up your dream Executive Seat which you will keep via efficiency on the job. The fee you pay is one way by which you assist us to maintain this trend. It takes huge disposal when you register with us.

For students who cannot liquidate their fees enbloc, they are allowed to pay as per the following schedule:
50% of the fees on registration;
25% before the end of the first quarter into their programme of study (the relative examinaion part); and the last
25% midway into the programme.

8.WITHDRAWAL
Students who withdraw for whatever reason(s) are not refunded payments made by them up to time wihdrawal. Such people must pay the full fee for the programme they enrolled for.

9.DISCIPLINE / REPARATION
Our classrooms and the seats available in them meet our desire to train you in a comfortable setting. The disorderly practice of students competing for better seats or to sit under the fan is not tolerable here, and in fact does not arise for sitting arrangement and ventilation in the classrooms meet your comfort needs.
Students are, therefore, required to defray the cost of repairs / replacement of seats, fans, airconditioners, louvres and any other items damaged by them. This situation may not, however, arise if those items are handled with care and maturity. Failure to comply with this requirement when necessary may lead to the expulsion of a student, and or litigation against the student.

Expulsion discharges the Clinic of any obligation(s) to the student, financial or otherwise. Other acts prejudicial to the effective administration of the Clinic like unruly behaviour, drunkenness, absenteism, leaving the classroom while training is in session, disregard for official directives, indecent dressing, smoking in the classroom, fighting, stealing and false claims/declaration by student also attract expulsion.
